From the past until now, there are so many works that had been created by creative people. Many of the works they have made was contributed to the development of times. Of course, not everyone in this world can create works like these people made, that because creative people have something special which make them different than ordinary people. Creative people are have a high level of creativity which make them more innovative in creating new things that different from the existing ones. Although most of people are thinks those creative people are looks so enjoying in creating their works, but they dont know that many of them are having serious mental health problems. Those creative people are more tend to have several mental health problems, this is because there is a corelation between creativity and mental illness.
Firstly we will talk about creativity, what is creativity?. Creativity is often described in several terms, such as “creative thinking”, or ability”, “problem solving”, “imagination,” or “innovation”. Many definition involve an aspect of problem solving, where the solution to the problem requires insight (e.g, Simonton, 1999; Sternberg and Davidson, 1995). Creativity has been identified as an important component in problem solving and other cognitive abilities, as well as being a predictor for educational success, and mental and social well-being (Plucker, Beghetto & Dow, 2004).
Creativity is the ability to produce work that is novel (i.e original, unexpected)” (Sternberg and Lubart, 1999). According from the Cambridge University Dictionary, creativity means the ability to produce original and unusual ideas, or to make something new. So, creativity is an ability that people have to able them to create something new by using their creative ideas or innovation and it also make them able to solve problems much easily.
According from Donald N. MacKinnon, a researchers from the Institute of Personality Assessement and Research Laboratory (IPAR), creativity is divided into three of kinds. The first is artistic creativity, which is reflects the creator’s inner needsm of perception and motivation. The second type is scientific and technological creativity, which deals with some problem of the environtment and result in novel solutions but exhibits little of the inventor’s personality. The third type is hybrid creativity that found in such fields such as architecture that exhibits both a novel problem, solution and the personality of the creator (MacKinnon, 2005).
Then, what are the creative people?. Creative people are those people which are different than ordinary/less creative people, they are often very intelligent, but are also a little more naive than ordinar people. They tend to have a varying array of traits that relate to playfulness and discipline, responsibility and irresponsibility. They are rooted in reality yet also can alternate between imagination and fantasy. They are both passionate and critical about their work and are sensitive to a point that yields both extreme joy and extreme pain. (Csikszentmihalyi, 1996)
There are also the 10 antithetical traits that often present in creative people that are integrated with each other in a dialectical tension that mentioned by Csikszentmihalyi :
    1. Creative people have a great deal of physical energy, but they're also often quiet and at rest.
    2. Creative people tend to be smart yet naive at the same time.
    3. Creative people combine playfulness and discipline, or responsibility and irresponsibility.
    4. Creative people alternate between imagination and fantasy, and a rooted sense of reality.
    5. Creative people tend to be both extroverted and introverted.
    6. Creative people are humble and proud at the same time.
    7. Creative people, to an extent, escape rigid gender role stereotyping.
    8. Creative people are both rebellious and conservative.
    9. Most creative people are very passionate about their work, yet they can be extremely    objective about it as well.
    10. Creative people's openness and sensitivity often exposes them to suffering and pain, yet also    to a great deal of enjoyment.
Now, lets talk about mental illness. According from an Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing’s brochure “What is mental illness?”, mental illness is a health problem that significally affects how a person feels, thinks, behaves, and interacts with other people. Mental health problems are more common and include the mental ill health that can be experienced temporary as a reaction to the stressess of life. This health problem are less severe than mental illnesses, but may develop into a mental ilness if they are not effectively dealt with. Mental illnessess cause a great deal of suffering to those who experiencing them, as well as their families and friends.
Mental illness has three main kinds of form, the first one is depression, depression is a mood of emotional state that is marked by feeling or self-worth or guilt and a reduced ability to enjoy life, and a feeling of low mood that lasts for a long time that affects people’s everyday life. There also some specific symptom that related to it, those symptomps are feeling of sadness, worthlessness, fatigue, guilt and difficulity concentrating or making decisions (Smeltzer, 2010). In it’s mildest form, depression doesn’t stop people to leading a normal life, but it makes everything harder to do and seem less worthwhile. At its most severe, depression can make people feel suicidal, and be life-threathening (Mind, 2016).
The second type of main mental illnesses is Anxiety, Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apphrehension, and worrying. The American Psychological Association (APA) defines anxiety as “an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like blood pressure”. This disored can be divided into six main types, those are ; Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), Panic disorder, Phobia, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the last is Social Anxiety disorder (SAD). Anxiety is one of the important normally and regularly occurring emotions, which can be observed throughout all human cultures and also in several animal species. (Damasio and Carvalho, 2013).
Furthermore, the third type of the main mental illness is schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a serious long-term mental disorder which affects how a person, feels and acts. People with schizophrenia may have difficulity in distinguishing between what is real and what is imaginary. People can suffer this mental problem at various stages of age, but the symptoms of this disease is usually appears within the age range from 20 to 30 years. The hallmark symptom of this disease is psychosis, such as experiencing auditory hallucination (voices) and delusions (McGrath, 2008).
    The main adverse effects from Schizophrenia to people are;
    -          Social withdrawal, such as being closed to people, cold, selfish, secluding from others, etc.
    -          Lack of motivation, loss of interest in things around even their persomal hygiene and self-care.
So, is it any corelation between creative people and the mental illnesses?. As described by Goodwin and Jamison (1990), many of creative people are having some mental ilnesses, most have biopolar disorder, but some have depression, personality disorder, substance use disorder, or even schizophrenia. Also, several scientific studies have demostrated there is a connection between creativity and mental illness, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Even though these creative people can solve their problems much easily than ordinary people do, but they are still have a struggle to overcome their mental ilness. Many of creative people are exposed to mental health problems, this can be proved because some of famous creative genius such as Michelangelo, Beethoven, Van Gogh, etc. was tortured by various mental health problems, and its not wrong that Aristotle once said “No great genius has ever existed without a strain of madness”.
A possible link between mental illness and creative output has been documented throughout history. Even though the association between bipolar disorder and creativity first appeared in the literature back in 1970’s, but the idea of a link between “madness” (mental illness), and “genius: (creativity) is actually much older, as it goes back to the time of Aristotle and the Ancient Greeks when the idea between the corelation between creativity and mental illness comes to appear for the first time.
There are some studies about the correlation between creativity and mental that was arranged by some experts. Some studies have shown that those people who are highly creative also run a higher risk of depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder According from one study that was published by About Suicide from American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in 2000, creative people are much more prone to depression that resulting them to doing suicide. Biographical studies of great writers and artist consistently show the high average of depression (manic depression ) and suicide rates. A study that conducted by A. Ludwig in 1992 to the generations of early writers and artist claimed that their chance of depression were eight times greater than ordinary people, and even their average suicide rate was 18 times greater.
In 2013, Journal of Psychiatric Research was found that people who made their living through either scientific or creative occupation, were more have bipolar, or a relative with the condition. The researchers concluded that, “being an author was specifically associated with increased likelihood of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, unipolar depression, anxiety disorders, substence abuse, and suicide”. Another study that was arranged in Sweden which used about 700,000 teenagers as the subject found that those who were exceptionally creative, were also four times more likely to have bipolar. This condition is represented by the subject’s mood that alternating between the phases of extreme happiness, and the crippling depression.
There are several problems that comes from their mental illnesses. The first one, a creative people are usually losing mood in creating new things because he feels so stressed and pressured. The stress and pressure he has felt makes him no longer to have the spirit and motivation in the work, he becomes very difficult in finding inspiration and ideas, and it also makes him become very reluctant to do the usual activities in his normal life. To solve this problem, that creative people should takes a break in all of his activities for a while, so he can recreating in order to reduce the stress that he felt and also to restore his mood again. He can do the recreation either by doing a holiday to some places or any other kinds of activities that keeps him stay away from the stress and pressure. Besides the effort from that creative people, this problem also can be solved with the help that comes from the people around him such as his family or friends. They can help him by doing a routine talk with him, this is a best way to get everything out of his mind. In the conversation, they also need to add some encouraging words to help him getting back his mood again and he became more enthusiastic in doing all of his activities.
Next is the second problem and also the worst problem, a creative people sometimes felt so tortured with his mental illnesses, he had already given up with all those mental ilnesses and makes him become feels so down which it can lead him to doing suicide. This is the worst phase of his suffering, because he becomes very desperate and no longer have passion on living his life anymore. Suicide is not the way that he can do to be free from his mental health problems, it is a very wrong decision because it can cause negative effects not only for him, also to the people around him. In this case, on the heart of a creative people must have the believe that he will be able to recover from his mental illness. He should instill the thoughts on his heart that suicide is not the right way he must do to take him free from all of his mental illnesses, but it will cause bad impacts which one of it is will make his family become very saddened because of his death.
Then he also needs help from the people around him, just like the first problem solving, they should do a routine talk with him about his problem, in order to make him clear out all his negative thoughts which is the factor that he wanted to end his life. By doing a routine talk, they will slowly makes him overcome his mental ilnesses with the words that contains many suggestion and encouragement for him. And also, those close people can do an alternative way to overcome his mental health problem by suggesting them to go to a psychiatrist for therapy, they must accompany him at first to make him more comfortable in doing the theraphy. After doing the theraphy, the psychiatrist will definetly give some kinds of medicines for his mental illness. Then, they need to cooperate with the psyciatrist in overseeing the usage of his medicine also with the progress of his mental condition.
In conclusion, creativity is an ability to thinking, imaginating and problem solving, creative people are those people with that ability which using their creativity to creating a new innovation that comes from their ideas. Then, mental illnesses is several mental health problem that changes someone in many aspects. There are 3 main kinds of mental ilnesss : depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. It has been noticed that there is a connection between creativity and mental illness, a creative people are tend to have mental illnesses than ordinary people which this fact was proved by some studies from exprets. Creative people have several mental health such as stress and depression because he felt so pressured, usually that pressure comes from his activities, also. The impact of his mental illness is diverse, such as losing mood to creating work and makes him so hopeless which it  could led him to commiting suicide. To solve those problems, both the creative person also the people around him shouuld be able to do in some various way, but the point is that creative people are must strive to survive from his mental ilness and also accompanied by the help that comes from the support from his closest people.

Technology are rapidly growing in this modern era, there are various advantage from technology that very useful for our daily life, such as in communication, education, economy, social, and of course refreshment, like online games. Some people choose to stay at their home and playing an online game when they are bored, for the example when they are back from work some people prefer to stay at their home rather than hanging out with their friends. Before they decide to become a gamer, they should know that online games provide so many benefits and impact for people who are playing.

Online games, is a word to represent the digital game in this modern era. Online games can easily found in our daily life. There are so many platforms that can play online games such as, computer, console, handheld, and even a smartphone. People are often playing online games when they are bored and need to refresh their mind, but many people are making online games as their hobby and a competitive tournament.

The development of online games itself cannot be separated from the development of computer and technology itself. In the past, online game is different with the current one. When online games were first introduced in 1960, it can be played by only two players in one computer. Then the computer with time-sharing capability appears, so the players are not required to be in the same room.

In early 1970, packet based computer networking were created, and computer network was no longer based on Local Area Network (LAN) but the computers are using Wide Area Network (WAN) and then WAN become the technology that now exist called internet. Along with internet development, online games were created for military needs such as war simulation, and air combat simulation.

Student will be obtaining some benefits from playing online games. Just like, student society will be easily monitored by their parents, student brains will be more active in thinking, they will be more responsive, and more creative. Even they can learn the other language way easier from online game, because they are doing some communicating with foreign every day.

"Learning motivation can also be interpreted as a series of attempts to provide certain conditions, so that someone wants and wants to do something, and if he does not like it, it will try to nullify or circumvent those feelings of dislike". (A.M. Sardiman (2005: 75)

Meanwhile, the negative impacts from online game is, students will be lazy in learning, time to studying and helping their parents after school will be decreased because they are busy playing games, their money will be easily wasteful, and even their prayer time will be decreased too. Their dietary habits will be disturbed, because they spend too much time in front of their monitor/television that will be make the students forget about the other activities, like lunch. But there are some gamers who are suffering from obesity, because they are eat too much junk foods while gaming. There are some cases from some country that some gamers die while gaming, the cause of their death is they are playing online games more than twenty hours in a day.

Some serious problem for a student who are become a gamer is they are prefer to stay at their home every day, and have a principle that home is the most comfortable zone so they never go outside and gather with their friend. Most dangerous level from this activity is they will become an anti-social, even they will eat, and drink in their gaming room. That will be make them very unhealthy, and they will become shy and unconfident person when they are come outside. Slow but sure students will isolate their life from the society and become introvert person who does not like an outdoor activity.

Same like the first problem, most of students will be too obsessed with gaming. There are some cases in Indonesia that elementary student killed his friend because he played a game named “Smack Down” too much. Their imagination will become wild and uncontrolled, even they can have a mental problem. Students will never go from their room, they called their room as “Comfortable Zone”, they will forget the other activities just for gaming. Some gamer usually did not care about when will they get married, because they did not need a girlfriend even a wife, they will satisfy their passion just for game.

This is the most common problem for someone who become a gamer, they will always run out of money. Most of young gamer or a gamer who did not have a job will be easily run out of money, because they are always spend their money for buying a game, in-game items, and building a new gaming setup. There is a case that students stealing their parent’s money just for playing online game at i-cafe. They will do anything just for playing an online game, even they will rob a bank just for building an expensive pc gaming.

To prevent a student to become an anti-social is invite them to an outdoor activity. This will be help to reduce the number of an anti-social gamer, their parent should organize their gaming activity. A professional gamer “never” stayed at their home just for playing game, even they are often to do some donation for people who need it. Their money is usually saved for the important things.

Some young gamer is usually can’t organize their time well, at this situation their parent and friend should be pay more attention for a student who have this habit. Their parent should be wise and make a schedule for do some a family recreation, make a comfortable and warm situation just like a family gathering will help to reduce a student to become obsessed with gaming. Their friend has an important role too; they should be inviting their friend who are too obsessed with gaming to do some outdoor activities, like going to the beach, hiking, or some kind like that.

This one is the most important thing, every young gamer or student who have a hobby like gaming should be save their money for the future. They will realized that finding a money is not an easy things. Saving money for the future is one of the great habits of wealthy people. Rich people are getting richer because they have successful habits of controlling their expenses and being careful in the way they spend their money to grow their expenses. Saving money does not mean that you have to be thrifty. People who set the goal to save must learn to save first and spend afterwards. If you want to achieve your financial goal the most important step is to save first.

Technological advances have changed everything, in the past before technology are growing students more often at home to learn, now everything has changed, since the existence of a computer internet the emergence of a game that requires to connected to the internet that is online games, slowly online games erode the culture first, students assume that online gaming is more interesting than learning. The results of research using qualitative research methods showed that students prefer to play online games rather than learning or others, the role of teachers and parents is very influential on control issues, more parents to regulate the habits of children, more children are taught positive things, to learn or play music, while teachers are more direct to the talents of each child's interests so that their hobby is channeled and not run towards online games.

    My bicycle

The bicycle is one thing can make healthy. The bicycle is the one of many tools transportation that very environmentally friendly. The bicycle can not make a pollution in another place, but that can love to go green everywhere. Saying about the bicycle, myself have the bicycle. I really love My bicycle, because I very like plays with my bicycle. The bicycle gives the benefits for my life. I feel happy when I playing bicycle on the street. In this section, I will tell you about my bicycle, like in the characteristic, Punction, and maintenance.

My bicycle kind is semi Mtb (Mountain Bike). I really like to ride in the dirt track and steep. My bicycle always with me passing the many tracks; like dry and wet track, on the village street until mountain street. The material my bicycle made from steel and iron because this material is very strong if sometimes fall down on the track and not easily fracture. My bicycle has the six gear transmission on the back, every gear has the function to ease pedal process on the track. If you to pass the ascend you must use the 5 or 6 gear (big gear) if you pass plain you must use the 4 until 1 gear transmission. In front gear or on gear pedal my bicycle just has twice gear transmission. Every gear back and the front has the lever transmission in the handlebar. My bicycle has the twice rem back and front all of them have the hand grip on the handlebar beside the lever transmission. My bicycle has the twice tire and velg. The material tire from the rubber and material velg made from aluminum steel. The color my bicycle is pink because it is new repaint by myself that I think will modification my bicycle to Fixie bike.

My bicycle always accompany my every which way when I have free time. When I want to visit my friend in their home. I always using the bicycle to went to my friend house. My bike always makes easy my works; like take a water, bought something to market and other activities. When I want to bored plays in the area village, my bicycle can take me to many places; like the hill, field, and side of the lake. With the bicycle, I can see the beautiful place in the world. Not only picnic but I can give the benefit for my own health. With the bicycle, we have never spread the pollution in the world. My heart can be protected. We can be gathering with the new family; like the community bike lovers.

For maintenance the bicycle to still durable I must to manage to guard some part in the bicycle. The first to take care of a paint color, I must clean and dry with a cloth to avoid water in iron to rust. The next, I have to be a routinely provide the oil in chains so as not to dry. That proses can make the chain durable. Keep to take care of the air pressure of the tire, if the air pressure in tires is less then it will affect velg, even can make the tires cracked. Take care the condition strap brake, it is something that will save on the way when driving bicycle. That very easy to maintain, and not very expensive.

The bicycle is one of many things it has many benefits. The bicycle has many parts and in every part has the punction own. The bicycle must be taken care of, so as to giving the benefit to the body health. With a driving bicycle, we can visit many places in the world, and we can socialization with other people that can make the new family. Sousei no Onmyouji

Anime is a Japanese word for animation, there is no difference with the other animation. In early 1900, the first anime has been created and its become more popular until now. Not only the children, adult is also loves anime, even in this era anime has been quickly spread out all over the world. What makes anime is so popular is they have unique and anti-mainstream storyline, they are also have important moral message inside the story. My first anime that i have been watched is Bakusou Kyoudai Lets and Go!! when i was in the playgroup. Now time has been passed, i have watched so many anime show, and the coolest and interesting anime is Sousei no Onmyouji or Twin Star Exorcist in english title. This anime has became my favorite because it is have a nice storyline, cool characters, and good moral message.

Sousei no Onmyouji take places in modern Japan, its tell the story about two young and talented exorcist named Adashino Benio and Rokuro Enmadou. In the first episode, Rokuro appear that he is a student of junior highschool that no longer want to become an exorcist because he have gloomy past about his friend. When he was walking on the bridge, he surprised because he saw a girl falling from the sky, and that girl is Adashino Benio (his future mate). He was shocked because he saw that Benio is an exorcist like him, and she have a same dream with Rokuro to become the most powerful exorcist. Exorcist is a human with supernatural ability to take down the merciless, brute, and evil things called Kegare.

There is a lot of interesting and mysterious character in this anime, for the example is Juuni Tenshou or The Twelve Guardians. Juuni Tenshou is a twelve elite exorcist that posses extremely powerful ability compared to the regular exorcist led by Tsuchimikado Arima. Member of this organization are, Sada Sakura, Shimon Ikaruga, Seigen Amawaka, Arata Inanaki, Narumi Ioroi, Mitejima Subaru, Tatara, Kankuro Mitosaka, Kasukami Cordelia, Miku Zeze, Kengo Ujii, and Tenma Unomiya. Strongest member of this organization is Tenma Unomiya, he is also a captain of this organization. He wield a giant sword as his weapon, and he was be able to kill his enemy in one blow.

This anime have an extremely powerful villain called Basara. Basara is the humanoid Kegare that have a strength equal with the member of the twelve guardians. Most renowned and powerful Basara are Kuranashi and Kamui. There is a human that formerly an exorcist that turned into the Basara named Ijika Yuuto. He is Benio's elder brother and also Rokuro's old friend, he is so obsessed with power that what makes him turned became an enemy. My favorite character from this anime is Tenma Unomiya, because he look so cool and powerful.

Sousei no Onmyouji have an interesting moral message within, and it is make me inspired. The moral is teamwork, i have watched a lot of scene that Benio and Rokuro fought together against their enemies and they are supporting each other. I bet that they will not survive if they are not fighting as a team. We can apply this moral in real life, that teamwork is better than working alone, because everything will be easier if we are working as a team.

Stop The Lies, Say The Truth

Back in 2008, when i was 10 years old and im still in the 4th grade of Elementary School, i got an unforgettable experience that i couldn’t forgot until now. I make a lie that causes an incident, that incident happened because i lied to my parents that i would stayover at my bestfriend’s house. but actually at my other friend’s house. I know they wouldn’t allow it if i said the truth so i lied to them. Although at first it went well, but my parents finally knew that lie because they asked my bestfriend if i was stayover in his house and he tell the truth to my parents. So, after they found out my lie they are become very worried about me. After that a big problem arose, my father, my brother and also my bestfriend came to pick me up from my friend’s house, but then i disappointed them because of my stubbornness that i don’t want to go home at that time, and also i make my bestfriend upset and angry to me because of my stubbornness. After that incident, i began to set my heart to no longer make lies because i don’t want such incidents happen again.
One day as usual in the elementary school, i did some activities like studying, and playing with my classmates. At the break time, i saw my classmate his name is Asep which was talking with his friend, Hadi and also with some of his other friends. Because i was very curious about what they were talking about then i joined them, and finally i know that they were talking about their plans to sleepover at Asep’s house tomorrow. Then they were asked me that im busy or not tomorrow, i replied them that i have a free time, so they invited me to join the sleepover too, but i refused their invitation because i had never stay over at my friend’s house before and im sure that my parents would not allow it. But, they forced me to join them because that would be better than just staying at my home. Because i don’t make them disappointed, so accepted their invitation to stayover and i would try to plead my parents until they agree it.
Still in that day after the school, when i got home i hurried to the kitchen to ask permission to my mother who was cooking there, then i told my mother that i would sleepover at my friend’s house. She asked me which friend i meant, she would not allow it if i went to sleepover at a house of my friend that she did not know because she afraid that something bad would happen to me. Then at that time i said a lie that i will stay over at my bestfriend, Ridwan. My mother allow it because she already knew Ridwan and also his house. At that moment i only ask the permission to my mother because my father which was a junior highschool teacher still has not returned from the school where he teaches.
In the afternoon the next day, i said goodbye to my mother and my father, i pretented to went toward the way of Ridwan’s house, but when i felt i was already far from my home, then i turned my walk towards the way of Asep’s house. About 30 minutes later, i finally arrived at Asep’s house, i was greeted by Asep, Hadi and other friends, i saw they were looked a bit suprised because they thought i would not come to join the sleepover. We enjoyed our time there by done some activities like playing cards, watching tv and eating together. At 8 pm, an unexpected incident occurred, i did not expected that my father would come there accompanied by my brother and Ridwan. Then my father talked to Asep’s parents that is it right that i sleepover at their house and they said yes, then Asep’s parents called me and told me that my father came here. When i get outside, my father told me to go home because he thought that i was troublesome Asep’s parents. But i refused to go home and Asep’s parents are also said that i did not bother them at all, then my father understood and then came home with Ridwan and my brother.
I continued my activies at Asep’s home until late night, and at the next day until 11 AM i still have not back to my home, then Ridwan come back again to pick me up, but i still do not want to go home, because Ridwan still forced me, so i decided to go home and then say goodbye to Asep, his friends and his parents. On the way home i asked Ridwan that why on yesterday night he, my brother and my father could come to Asep’s house, then he said that my parents asked him am i sleepover in his house, Ridwan said no to them, so my parents asked him where actually i was, and he said that i actually stay over at Asep’s house. Then my father asked Ridwan to take him to the place that i sleepover (Asep’s house) because he was worried to me.
After that incident, i finally realized something, that i should always tell the truth, because if i lie about something, then some bad things will come to me. That incident made me realize that honestly is a very important thing and that experience also makes me stay away from the lies until now. The lesson i could get from that incident is even i tried to hide my lies as well as it does, my lies will finally known by people and that will make bad impact on myself and others. Although you will not able to get what you want not as like when you are lying. Even though you will get it, but you will regret it soon. Some people said that honest people will be much like by other because honest people are so trustworthly, So, its better to always tell the truth and become a honest people.

  • The Experience of Organization Externally at the Student Level

    Narrative Essay

The life experiences of a person the different from good experience and bad experience, depending on a person living his life journey. The journey of life can be an experience and in making learning by ourselves or others. There is no experience then we will not be able to measure how good or bad we are for social life or married life. Experience is an event providing a valuable experience for ourselves. Experience is the best teacher, we can take a lesson from that experience and I believe that. This was proven when I joined with student External Organization.
Organization is an indispensable element in human life (let alone in modern life). Organizations help us carry out things or activities that can not be properly implemented as indivudu. In addition, it can be said again that the organization helps the continuity of knowledge and science. Organizations are part of our working environment, and where we play. Organizations affect life. Conversely, we can also affect the life of the organization. When I entered the college, I started a slightly different life. I started to join external organizations since the first semester. Because since Senior High School high I have been to join in campus external organization. A movement organization that embodies nationalist people. GMNI, that's my organization. At GMNI organization I meet peoples from various campuses, different study programs, different kinds of thoughts and various groups (race, ethnicity, and religion). There I tried to mingle with them, share knowledge, share experiences and also share information.
Almost two years at GMNI organization, I have got various experiences. from start to life experience to knowledge. Visiting other areas, I learned to mingle and share knowledge from various people's knowledge. In 2016 I once felt the warmth of sitting in the parliamentary seat, while attending a seminar held by GMNI center organization in Jakarta, precisely in the MPR building. Visiting other areas such as Bandung, Cianjur, Karawang and Cirebon, I managed to get knowledge and also new friends from various regions. From every process I've been through since 2016, I try to run for to be leader in 2017. And finally I was elected leader in 2017.
When I became a leader, many different kinds of Problems. From the start of unruly people, internal conflicts, external conflicts and differences of opinion when deciding on a matter. But this is the art of organization. Because this country embraces a democratic system, everyone is free to express opinions, defend, humiliate, and blaspheme. And do not forget the other side I also got a very happy experience, can meet with local officials and known to many people. The position we hold relates to trust. In carrying out our duties, we are entrusted with trust, can be in the form of authority or matter. We are required to be honest, not to abuse the trust given. It takes courage to fight negative desires and practice our honesty.
As has been explained the experience is not only a journey of life that is simply missed and not get anything, but an experience capable of providing supplies for our next life. The lesson I can take from my experience with joining GMNI organization is that I become more mature in thinking and behaving, my knowledge of organizing increases, my nationalism insights are growing, the love of my country, and the sense of the importance of a life and the concern of my fellow human beings are increasing and not forget too many friends in the city, or outside the city. The most noticable is confidence and More than others, people who organize in expressing opinions while discussing as there are more confident elements there, this is because within the organization itself has been set up the procedures of put forward and the technique of expressing opinions, other than that people who organize more courageous put forward an opinion which is accompanied by examples because it has been frequently reviewed and directly witnessed by members of the organizers.
