Cosplay in Sukabumi

So, what about their activity? Most of the activities doing by S.O.X cosplay community are weekly gathering. In that gathering, they talk about latest anime series, making a concept for perform, or they share about how to craft cosplay accessories. But not only that, they also gathering money for a charity event and held a bukber event every Ramadhan. There is also an annual activity to choose the next community leader and staff. The S.O.X community always gathers at their leader house at Veteran street.
There was a saying that everyone can do cosplay. Of course, Sukabumi doesn't want to lose this opportunity too. Lots of teenagers in Sukabumi already doing cosplay and create a community. As far as I know, in Sukabumi there were 3 cosplay communities: S.O.X, AICORSU, and Jibun. But this time I will tell you about S.O.X community, about their history, what is their activity, and their achievement.
S.O.X stands for Sukabumi Otaku X. This community is still new because it was formed in 2016, at first there were only 2 founders and 1 member. But now the community is getting bigger and bigger, in early 2017 it's member reached 30 members. The reason why this community formed is that the founders want to unite all cosplay community in Sukabumi but lots of the other community member disagree so S.O.X became a stand-alone community like the other.

Don't forget about achievement the community had achieved. Even it's not much but S.O.X community has quite an achievement especially in coswalk. In every event, S.O.X always win in the coswalk competition and always become a favorite. Meanwhile, in single and group cosplay competition, they said they will start competing in the next year event. They wished for the best for their first single and group cosplay competition next year.

SUKABUMI’S TEENAGERS HANGOUT CENTER
Teenager life
certainly never escape from the spotlight of the times, starting from a
lifestyle, intercourse, how to dress and hangout. Tell of hangout, teenager in
some cities seem to requre them to have a place to share moments with friends
or even other special people to just talk, restoring the mind from various
activities, solitude or even to fill some photos in the social media. Similar
to teenagers in sukabumi, some of them tend to spend the weekend at that place.
Like cofee toffee, sukakopi and selamat food court.
Coffee toffee
is one of teenagers spot center in Surya Kencana No 12 Selabatu street, Cikole
sukabumi. The menu varies, from warm to cold drinks, do not forget also snacks
to accompany your coffee.
Not much
different from coffee toffee, sukakopi also be
favorite teenagers sukabumi, one hangout is quite unique because the
design is populist but really but luxury. In addition to delicious coffee, here
also treated to several appearances that often exist like bands and stand up
comedy.
Selamat food
court differerently from previous places, this is the biggest food court
futhermore yogya food court. Here is
provided a variety of foods, ranging from heavy food to snacks. In addition to
good food the price is relatively cheap. This place will usually be very
crowded if the weekend
Some places at
the top can be a reference for those of you who like coffee and relax. But not
just a few places that just become a favorite hangout teenagers sukabumi , many of which are not mentioned,
asadolescents who claimed to be hits, are you interested to try one of them ?
The Remains of The Dutch Colonial Period in Sukabumi

In the past, Indonesia was once used as a colony for the Dutch, therefore, the evidence of Dutch power that can be a building or other relics must still exist in areas in Indonesia that may still be used today. Not apart in the Sukabumi, there are also some Dutch heritage buildings that have historical value and until now still used, such as The Selabintana Hotel, The Sukabumi railway station, The Tjipetir Factory and The Ubrug Hydroelectric.
First is The Selabintana Hotel, this hotel is in Selabintana, 7 kilometers from the City of Sukabumi. The Selabintana hotel was built in the 1900's by a Dutch used as a resting place for the Dutch plantation officials who at that time made Sukabumi as an office center to take care of the plantations scattered in various places including in Selabintana. The beautiful view of Pangrango mountain that can be seen in this hotel is one of the factors who make many people from the past until now make this hotel as their favorite lodging place when visiting Selabintana.
The Sukabumi railway station is a Dutch-built train station that located on Stasiun Barat Street No. 2 and was opened in 1882. In the past, this station has 5 lines, but now only 3 are still functioned. The station is open at 4 am and closed at around 10 pm every day.
The Tjipetir factory is located in the village of Cipetir, which is a Dutch-made factory and started operating since 1885. This factory produces beams or rubber blocks branded "Tjipetir".
The Ubrug Hydroelectric is located in Ubrug, one of the Dutch colonial legacy that was built in 1923, This Hydroelectric has 3 power plants with a capacity of 18 megawatts, the flow of electricity is flowed to areas in Java to Bali.
Based on the description above, the buildings of the Dutch colonial relic which until now still used certainly has its own uses and benefits for the residents around these buildings. Therefore, in addition to being the historical evidence of Dutch colonialism in Sukabumi, these buildings are also a legacy of the past that must continue to be treated because it has many uses.

Rengginang of Sukabumi
Sukabumi is the kabupaten in west java, have a lot of diversity of nature. Starting from the tourist destination to culinary place. However, in this occasion I will be describe about a little ability in tradional culinary from sukabumi, it is Rengginang.
Rengginang is a traditional food of Sukabumi. Rengginang is a kind of cracker is made of glutinous rice on the plus with seasoning. however, now rengginang has many flavours such as tasty,sweet,even now we can find a flavours cheese, chili, roast beef , chiken and onion . Also the colors make this food interesting, like red, green,black and white.
Usually,we can find this food in special event,like a party marriage,thankfulnes,seremonial day (like idul fitri and idul adha). This food is very interest by some groups such as ; childrens ,young man and young girl, and wise man.Rengginang we can bought in the food traditional market, and now, we can find it in the supermarket.
In sukabumi, the produced of Rengginang at the Cipuntang village,Region Talaga, Subdistrict Cisaat, Regency Sukabumi. this village familiar with "Kampung Rengginang", along the way we can find drying rengginang. there Rengginang is a livelihood by villager especially the parents,because they are not strong work as porters. Not only in there,however there are some other places in Sukabumi,which produces Rengginang, but in the time i just tell you some popular place produces rengginang in Sukabumi it is at Subdistrict Cisaat.
Why Rengginang is very interest?because Rengginang very tastes, rengginang is healty food,an affordable price.Rengginang can helping for villager in Suksbumi.i think enought about my ability about rengginang from Sukabumi, thanks for visited my blog. thanks for read, please like and comment.

SUKABUMI CULINARY
Sukabumi is the largest West Java area, which the capital is located at Palabuhan Ratu. There are so many things in this city, one of them are foods. In this city you can find plenty of foods, whether it's sweet, spicy, or anything else. You will not regret if you are visiting this city, the combination between the semi-cold weather and delicious foods is a perfect match for you. The most famous food in Sukabumi is "Mochi", mochi from Sukabumi is different from the others mochi from Japan, and have a similarity with mochi from China, mochi is originally filled with sweet green beans, but now there are so many variant flavor, like Cheese Mochi, Chocolate Mochi, Durian Mochi, and many more.
The most famous place for a snack is called "Dago" or Juanda Street, here you can easily find drinks, foods, and desserts. Here in Dago you can find a unique food called "Seblak Ceker", seblak ceker is a spicy food that is made from boiled crackers and served with chicken legs and spicy seasoning. I don't really like seblak because it's always make me have a stomach ache. Everytime i visited Dago i always bought some Japanese snack "Takoyaki" instead of seblak.
There are so many favorite hangout places for a youth that served delicious foods, like Mie SP, Mangboel, Shirahoshi, and many more. My favorite place is Shirahoshi, they served a delicious takoyaki that filled with octopus meat inside, why i'm choosing this as my favorite place for hangout? the answer is simple, because i'm a big fans of Japanese culture including J-food.
If it is a rainy season like now, you won't let your body getting cold right? So you will need some warm drinks like "Sekoteng Singapore", you need to go to Ahmad Yani Street Number.243 first and then you will reach this epic place. Besides of that, you can find the others traditional foods too, like Bandros Ata, Elizabeth Ice Cendol, Wedang, and many more. In Southern Ring Road or we called it "Jalur" there is a quite famous place for bakso called "Bakso Mangkok".
I have a favorite spicy cassava chips from here called "Keripik Karuhun", i think this chips is not really unique because the main ingredients was from original cassava. But as a big fan of spicy foods (except seblak) because it has a level for their own spiciness, i always bought the SP(Super Pedas) or very spicy level, because its very chalenging, but don't eat too much or you will have a stomach ache.
